SHIPPING

Team Rich Girls will strive to get your order shipped as quickly as possible. Our current processing time for orders is 1-2 business days. Orders ship via USPS. Please keep in mind that Rich Girls Boutique is not responsible for any delays caused by USPS, especially during holiday seasons. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Items purchased with estimated shipping dates/ pre orders, are subject to varying shipping times per the item description and Pre-Order Policy.

TRACKING MY ORDER

To track your order please use the tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped or visit www.usps.com to manually input your tracking number.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Rich Girls Boutique is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost or stolen packages. If your package has been confirmed as delivered via USPS and you did not receive it, you must file a claim with USPS as we are not responsible for lost or STOLEN packages. Please double check that your shipping address was input correctly. Shipping addresses cannot be updated once tracking has been assigned.

RETURN POLICY

Items purchased from Rich Girls Boutique are eligible for store credit only within 7 days of delivery receipt. No cancellations. No refunds. No changes. No exchanges. Store credit only. No exceptions. All items must be received back in its original form. Items must be returned in new and unworn condition, with all original packaging. Items cannot be worn, altered, damaged, free of any stains including makeup or deodorant, odors, pet hairs, or noticeable smells including deodorant and perfume. 

All items returned that do not follow these conditions will be returned to customer at the completion of a reshipment fee. 

Once this fee is completed, the denied returned item will be shipped back to customer. Customers are responsible for RETURN shipping unless the order was filled in error or defective. If items are marked FINAL SALE, they are NOT returnable for store credit. All BODYSUITS, SWIMWEAR, LINGERIE, & ACCESSORIES are FINAL SALE, and cannot be returned. No exceptions!

Please be sure to include your order number and/or the store credit form with your return. You will receive an email once your return package is received by the Rich Girl Team. Once your return is processed, and your credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

PRE-ORDER POLICY

Items purchased on PRE ORDER are subject to delivery between 1-2 weeks of the estimated shipping date that is provided in the items description at time of purchase. Having a Pre-Order item amongst other items in your order will hold back the delivery of your ENTIRE order. Please note: estimated shipment dates included in the description of items are approximate and subject to change.
